Like Swedish, Prenatal massage is light in pressure and relaxing. Great for soothing pain a soon to-be mom might be experiencing.
**Additional paperwork and different body positioning is required for this massage.
Sports Massage
Sports massage uses a mix of massage techniques to manipulate muscle flexibility, range of motion, and recovery. Great for athletes of all ages and levels. **Additional paperwork is required for minors (persons under the age of 18 yrs old).
Deep Tissue Massage DTM
DTM includes techniques that allow the therapist to sink in to deeper layers of tissue and fascia. This type of massage is great to relieve chronic pain and long standing tension.
